I've led telecoms delivery and built the software behind day-to-day operations. That work spans:
- Field planning and workforce management. Crew scheduling, engineer availability, qualifications and training records.
- Job records and contractor attendance. Job timelines, location evidence, photographs, engineer hours and labour costs.
- Permits and work readiness. Checks against Street Manager records, with blockers and exceptions brought into view.
- Materials planning and stock control. Demand forecasts, stock holdings, allocations and shortages by location.
- Management reporting. Departmental submissions, reporting status, historical drilldowns and audit trails.
- Network and geospatial systems. Connectivity, optical signal history, mapped assets and vehicle movements.
- Field sales. Sales territories, address searches, visit histories and lead creation in Splynx.

Before Strataflow, I built and led a delivery function serving major UK telecoms clients, with responsibility for programmes, commercial decisions and reporting across five client portfolios.
