Strataflow brings together my experience in operational leadership and hands-on software development.
I work directly with you to understand the detail, agree what needs changing and build the software to support it. Most development is my own work, with additional expertise from my network of specialists when needed.

Responsibility across five client portfolios
My remit connected scope, pricing and capacity with delivery evidence, invoicing and payment follow-up. NEC4 administration formed part of one programme.
Programmes and commercial decisions
As Director of Projects & Planning, I was responsible for programmes, teams and forecasts.
Building the supporting systems
I have built systems for network operations, permits, workflow, stores, fleet, reporting and accounts, as well as redesigning GIS and data structures.
