SIREN diagnostic cockpit showing topology, source checks, uncertainty and operator actions.

Portfolio work — working diagnostic prototype / Fibre network diagnostics and field operations

SIREN

A spatially aware incident intelligence system that joins network events, topology, field context and operator decisions.

The operational problem

Fault localisation required operators to reconcile outage events, incomplete relationship-key topology, route context, permits and infrastructure status across disconnected sources.

Strataflow intervention

Strataflow codified an explainable trace pipeline, designed the incident cockpit and connected source authority, uncertainty, topology and human operator actions in one workflow.

Evidence, not theatre

The interface makes state, reasoning and human control visible.

SIREN is Strataflow portfolio work. All visible incidents, places and service records are synthetic demonstration data.

Working prototype populated with synthetic demonstration data; no live customer information is shown.
SIREN incident display showing an active alert and synthetic incident stack.
Operator display using synthetic incidents for visual and workflow validation.

What the system establishes

  • Operators can see why a fault location is suggested and what evidence weakens confidence.
  • Missing joins and source conflicts become visible work rather than hidden assumptions.
  • Field and office teams share a structured incident record and next action.

Evidence classification

Portfolio work — working diagnostic prototype

SIREN is evidence of Strataflow’s ability to translate difficult operating logic into a usable control surface. The proof is the system and its traceable reasoning, not a claimed client outcome.
